To select a model to begin with, start with the links on one of the following pages:

• Office chairs
• Saddle and support chairs
• ESD chairs

Use the tabs in order to show the various selections that can be made on the active chair. The selection varies depending on which model you base your choice on, but for all models you can select gas column, base, castors, cloth and accessories. Armrests can be chosen for most models.

Click on the images that appear for the various selections in order to read more about a particular item. To activate the selection for your chair, click the blue “SELECT” button. Cloth is selected in the material list that appears to the left. When you click on the name, a list with standard colours will appear. Click on the desired colour box to activate the nuance for your chair. Certain models (70 series and 72 series) also have the option of two-piece material, e.g. black cloth with red upper. However, these selections are only for those cloths showing this option.

The Option(s) tab allows you to select extra equipment, e.g. footring and foot controlled seat-adjustment. This selection is chosen in the same way with the “SELECT” button, and can then be removed from the chair with the red “REMOVE” button. Keep in mind that certain options are not compatible with other options, and that these will not be available for selection once you’ve already made a selection. E.g. the Footring selection is not available if you’ve selected Foot controlled seat-adjustment, since both of the options cannot be combined so to function properly.

When you log in you will gain access to a direct order of the chair you have built. You can also create a PDF product sheet with your own logo.

To log in, enter your email address and password in the field at the bottom of the page (at the foot of the page).

If you have previously logged in, click on the “forgotten password” link at the foot of the page under the log-in form. There you can request a new password.

If you do not have any log-in details, please contact us at sales@frapett.se or telephone number +46 499–448 90 and we’ll create a log-in for you. Only our retailers are allowed to log in.

All information about the chair you have built automatically accompanies the order you send in. Complete the form with the number of chairs and an optional description (a message to Frapett). When you click on “SEND ORDER”, an email is sent directly to Frapett with your order. This function is only available when you are logged in as a retailer.

If you do not want to order the chair, you can send a query about the chair you have built. Complete it with optional information in the message field and click on “SEND QUERY”. This function is only available if you are logged out.

Click on the blue “CREATE PRODUCT SHEET” button to generate a PDF file depicting the chair you have built. The same table with the specification and price will accompany the PDF file. The PDF file can then be saved and printed to show to your customer.

For our retailers who are logged in, an adjusted information sheet is offered. Your own contact information will be displayed at the foot of the page on the PDF file. If we have uploaded your logo, then it will also be displayed. If you do not have a logo, please contact us and we’ll upload it. Send us an email with a high-resolution image at sales@frapett.se. Click on the blue “CREATE PRODUCT SHEET” button to generate a PDF file depicting the chair you have built. The same table with the specification and price will accompany the PDF file. The PDF file can then be saved and printed to show to your customer.
